Program Eligibility & Information
Participants of the 12-Month Work & Travel Pilot Program must fit within the requirements created by the US Department of State for this program. This program allows students and graduates from Australia and New Zealand to enjoy a work/travel experience in the USA for up to 12 months. - Available only to Australian and New Zealand citizens
- Available to full-time or part-time students, deferred students or recent graduates from a University, College or TAFE (you MUST provide evidence of your student status)
- If you are a 'recent graduate', you must submit your application no more than 12 months past the graduation date on your Certificate or Degree.
- You must have completed your first year of Post-Secondary study.
- If you are attending a vocational college (e.g. TAFE), you may need to demonstrate that your study will eventually lead to a Degree (we can guide you on this)
- You can find your own position in the USA (Independent Option) or we can source a position for you (Pre-Placed Option). We work closely with the Sponsorship companies who have partnered relationships with some great resort locations including the Westins, Ritz Carleton’s & Breakers locations in Florida PLUS many Casinos across the USA including Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and MGM Grand at Foxwoods!
